| 749628 | 2009-02-20 06:57:00 | Hi I recently deleted some friends photo's from my laptop and since doing that she has had her camera stolen. If anybody can recommend software that can recover lost photo's from a HDD I would love to know about it. I would prefer to use free software if possible but as everybody knows free software doesn't usually cut it. I have tried numerous software from the net but haven't had any luck so far. Please can someone come to the rescue. I am running Windows Vista Business 32-bit on an Compaq Presario laptop. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks :illogical |

| 749630 | 2009-02-20 07:22:00 | I have tried numerous software Be VERY careful how much you install in the way of programs - doing this may actually over write the very data you are trying to recover ( its actually possible if you have tried several programs some of the photos may already be over written and lost) - the best option is to turn off the Laptop - remove the Hard Drive and slave it to another PC then scan the affected drive to recover the lost data. | wainuitech (129) | ||
