| 750470 | 2009-02-23 20:55:00 | Do you claim to have enough experience to rule out Hitachi & Samsung or can you only remember 2 brands? I've had 2 Hitachis. One was secondhand at 3 months old, the other a warranty replacement. Warranty replacement failed within a week, then gave away the first one to a friend. Its fate unknown. Never owned a Samsung, but it's not one of the two leading HDD manufacturer. Just like the case in ATi, Nvidia, Matrox, Via etc. |

That happened so long ago it's probably time for some disaster to occur. @ qazwsxokmijn Market share is rather meaningless if it comes with outsourcing to factories all over Asia. Can you expect all drives to have the same quality? |
