I struggled to get a loan of $200k, in NZ what can you get for that? Other than having 100-200k cash in the bank ready for the deposit and then use the bank's 200k loan. Perhaps that is just an indication but still.... Move to somewhere like Wairoa - a good friend of mine recently bought a 3brm house for $90000. |
