I gave them up almost 2 years ago, best thing I ever did. thou I do still crave them at times. |

I guess this time round I had a decent reason other than "it'll be better for me". I have also been lucky in that I don't suffer the cravings (and craving I get soon disappears) :) Its been 3 years since I dropped the habit |
