751821 2009-04-16 09:05:00 Dont know if WMP 11 in XP has this, but every link I click on (after selecting media guide in WMP 11), it brings up an IE script error.

But If I click on yes (when it says do you want to continue running scripts on this page ) it loads the page

But if I do the same thing in FF, its fine

Hi Speedy,

I don't get the error message with Vista .
Just nothing happens when I click play for a station in radio tuner, for instance .

What does FF mean?

751824 2009-04-16 09:17:00 FF = Firefox

Just tried a station it seems to be working, it'll say do you want to play this content (if it works), press yes it plays. So, its just some of the links that bring up script errors

751825 2009-04-16 09:32:00 Hi Speedy,

As an example of what is wrong for me.....

In featured stations under radio tuner,
if I click on BBC Radio7
Then click play
Nothing happens

Does that station work for you?
ssssss (2100)
751826 2009-04-16 09:48:00 No, but it'll probably work if you go to the site (www.bbc.co.uk)

If you use firefox, (it says you need realplayer, but if you install ie tab, it works), but if you use internet explorer its fine

751827 2009-04-16 10:00:00 Yes that site is OK.

Actually I am a great fan of the BBC website.

But up until a couple of months ago,
those stations would all work just by clicking play.

If I try the Cowboy Kicker radio station as another example.
(just below the BBC Radio7 station)
I have to temporarily allow popups to get the website to display.
Then when I click on launch broadband stream,
it wants me to download and save an asx file,
Which seems a bit odd, and which I don't necessarily trust,
so haven't done it.

I would say you'll have to allow it, for it to load whatever it is. Its a WMP / media file
