| 563762 | 2007-06-27 22:44:00 | I'm inside where it's cool...it's 41.11C outside and 18.44C inside...so being bored I went surfing for some good news. Not much to find..Tony Blair retires (abcnews.go.com)...that's OK I guess..but here's a story from Florida that might make you smile : www.wtlv.com at least he's not room temperature. Notice please that the wife was a FELON with a weapon...a double no-no. Didn't she know she wasn't allowed to even handle a gun if she was a felon? She must've forgotten. And don't just bite into that fruit any more..it might contain something sacred! :www.wtlv.com Ah well..it's a quiet day in the world today. Think I'll nap a little...... |

And you're only up the road. We had -5. I went into town this morning, no problems at all. Quite refreshing really. Beats the hell out of 41 degrees. Nasty. I have no desire at all to live in a hot stifling desert. |

| 563770 | 2007-06-28 08:09:00 | We must be a bit sheltered then. The other week when we had the hail and the trying to snow, I went up to a friend in Redan. Drove through the green and damp, went round that bend with the transformer and into white covered fields and icy roads. Nearly missed her road as it was covered. Like suddenly being in a different country. |
