| 752617 | 2009-03-01 21:23:00 | I Use Team Viewer (www.teamviewer.com) - you have the full installed version on your PC - the other person has the Quick support - the person you are connecting to double clicks the exe, tells you the user name and password generated over the phone - you type in the details given under the right hand side, create session - thats it. Download page has both bits of software. |
