| 752453 | 2009-03-01 07:26:00 | Recently bought a vehicle (import) with a 3CD player. However it won't play copies that i have made of my cd's only the originals. I'd like to keep originals in storage to prevent damage and wear/tear. Anyone have a suggestion as to why player won't play copies or whether there's any burning software that can combat this. | jrust (2064) | ||

| 752455 | 2009-03-01 08:04:00 | I am using nero to rip and burn as wav files so that they can play on any player. I haven't had any trouble with other cd players - just the car stereo. | jrust (2064) | ||

| 752458 | 2009-03-01 09:01:00 | How old would the head unit be? In my old 1996 Subaru the CD player wouldn't play most copied CDs. I tried a few different brands of blank discs until I found the one that worked the best. Even then it would skip a lot when driving. |

| 752459 | 2009-03-01 10:01:00 | are you using CDR or CDRW? Some old CD players can't read CDRW, also burn them at a slower speed like 4x if you can | kennie (10559) | ||
