565724 2007-07-05 05:52:00 Is this a fake account? :badpc: Or is this real? Just wish that I have an IP tracking tool to track people, it'll be so much fun.

Oh I've heard all about you, smart guy. You're the guy who thinks its smart to go around on forums advocating that people pirate Vista. Yeah we had a real fun dicussion about you the other day. We were going to sue the pants off Fairfax for having your drivel on their website, but ticking media companies off has never worked out so hot. So we decided to have you wacked instead. Simple, effective, permanent. Illegal? Not in Jersey, son, not in Jersey.

565725 2007-07-05 06:06:00 Son, I've got so much money I could reach across the ocean, buy your tinpot country's police, miltary, judicary and politicians and then throw a party for myself where they all attend while I have you beaten to a pulp by guys with baseball bats, get them to dig a hole, drop you in it, fill it in and then plant daisies on top.
.

Ah, Talk is cheap there Monkey Boy, Talk is cheap.

yes especially that monopolistic anti competitive sort that Microsoft is good at. Incidently, how is the Zune social going at the moment? Have you guys sold 1 million units yet?
I heard that there are a lot of MS employees that own iPods rather than Zunes and that a couple of your team bought iPhones over the weekend for some product "research"
What are your views Steve?

Well, iPods are great products, and you'll see a lot of them about. We're not the kind of company that's going to start telling our employees what products they can buy. But we do like to offer alternatives.

Now the Zune is a statement of intent by us. Just like IE 1.0 was a statement of intent. What it's basically saying is: "sure, we know this is a piece of crap, but it's our piece of crap. And sooner or later it isn't going to be so crappy. And eventually it's going to be pretty darn good. And even if it never gets to be that good, we'll be marketing the hell out it so that it doesn't matter".

Cause son (Can I call you son? Somehow I just picture you in short trousers), let me tell you, iPods aren't half as good as the Apple loving, pony-tailed beatniks think they are. But Apple's marketing sure is. Our people aren't studying iPods, they're studying the ads. Once we crack the ads, we can be just like Apple -- market dog****, paint it white, call it the iDog**** and then sit back and count our money.

565729 2007-07-05 07:44:00 I believe that Apple has won a number of ad awards in the UK recently. winmacguy (3367)
565730 2007-07-05 07:55:00 I believe that Apple has won a number of ad awards in the UK recently.

Considering that anyone in the advertising industry wouldn't recognise Windows or a PC if they tripped over it, that's hardly surprising. That's just a bunch of fanboys sucking up to the object of their adulation. At least if we win ad awards you know they're bought and paid for, and not just sycophantic freebies.

Of course all the Microsoft ads in print are produced on Macs too ;)
I would have top say that the best form of product advertising is that which you don't have to pay for:) AKA word of mouth.
MS spent a lot on their Zune marketing campaign and ended up firing the guy who headed the campaign due to total lack of sales.

565732 2007-07-05 09:34:00 Oh I've heard all about you, smart guy. You're the guy who thinks its smart to go around on forums advocating that people pirate Vista. Simple, effective, permanent. Illegal? Not in Jersey, son, not in Jersey.Maybe I will get a permanent banned from PressF1, ah yes, can you shut down their entire world of pirates sites? Picking on one is easy, and it means it's a chicken way of doing things. i.e. Terrorist instead of real war.

Now let me explain what's going on in the pirate world, officially there has been a working Vista crack, which I found on MSN Technology news, which work like a real version. Yes, pirates is the one who created it, :badpc: man, if you catch me pirating Vista and found no evidence it'll be real shame. Boy people can talk but what proof can you catch from a big mouth? Big mouth might just say, but do you think they'll do it?

Ah yes, sue me if you want, but it's the pirates that you wanna catch. Pirates are the one who created the pirate association and free global trade at $0. Anyway Vista seems resource hungry and I think I wanna move to MAC PCs if the world didn't have Mircrosoft OS everywhere.

Now now now, Microsoft did not manage to hunt down a web, the biggest pirating association, and now just picking on me? How mean. Anyway I'm not a crack maker either, if I'm one of them why should I be in here? If I'm one I probably stay away from this forum, there's plenty of things to crack out there.

Why is there not much pirating MACs? Kinda weird but everyone loves cracking Microsoft.

Now I'm not playing around here, go get those pirates web down, if Microsoft managed to shut down the entire world of pirating then I'm very happy to pay for new Vista(:angry They delay on updates on Ultimate too which is not acceptable, luckily I didn't have Vista Ultimate yet or I'll be angry too paying for it without updates) I mean this makes things fair, I mean if you paid one you get one and no extra $0 copies flying around.

If you think I'm a real pirate you must be wrong, pirates are not stupid birds waiting to be hit by a rock and get killed. All I say is sorry sir you got the wrong bird, I mean you got a big mouth bird which isn't the one with no evidence at all too, and found that this bird is innocent.
