Although it would depend on how much you were suing for and could dis prove that the other person didn't have prior art before they copied your idea. |

Of course you all know now know the function as add to playlist or something to that nature. I mentioned it at a technet seminar in London, to deaf ears.............. |

Unfortunately any idea you may have we have retroactively trademarked thanks to our work in quantum mechanics and its application to time travel. In fact, my lawyers are currently working on a proposal for me to sue myself based on the fact that we've gone back and trademarked DOS before we invented it. So good luck with your endeavours and if a SWAT team kicks down your door at 3am and seizes everything you own including your underwear, don't take it personally. It's just business. |

If he expresses himself forcefully at times it's just because he has such passion for the company and the work we do. That and the fact he can't stand whinny little bastards who think making everything white and removing practical functionality makes products cooler. |
