565919 2007-07-05 03:56:00 Yah .. well anyone wanting to check it out via iphone would be looking for accommodation only, I dont think theyd be looking at the pretty header :) Lovelee (6586)
565920 2007-07-05 04:29:00 Looks good but altogether too "busy". Thus distracting from the purpose of the site. dvm (6543)
565921 2007-07-05 07:19:00 As always: get someone else to check the spelling . (e . g . bought/brought on the first page . )

Some of the text is a bit too "Balham, gateway to the south . . . " .

Many of the sentences need to be revised . e . g . "All the accomodation . . . [and so on] . . . and bring some drinking water" .

" . . . fish of all shapes and sizes just hanging out to jump on your hook" :help:

I have to grr at myself for the *brought/bought* grammar error!

I love you all. Dont forget, if you need a break, come to paradise!

565923 2007-07-05 08:09:00 I did one of those whistles . . . . . you know, like . . . hmm . . . dont how to write whistle, but like when you see something flashey and you go *whistles*, ya know!?!:lol:

It looks good to me!

565924 2007-07-05 09:04:00 Apart from the busy header on the home page (at least slow it down if nothing else) and the L missing in traveller (Ra's Place) I thought it was nice and laid back, just the style for the clientele you are looking for. I'm tempted to make a booking, naturists or no naturists, it's my kind of place to stay.

And not a grocer's apostrophe in sight. :D

Cheers

<title>Aoteatourism - Aotea Harbour</title>

seperate the Aoteatourism

These below can all go :)

<base href="www.aoteatourism.co.nz />
<meta name="Generator" content="SilverCMS - silvertech.co.nz"
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

Do you need all 3 below? As they all point to the same file, I would just leave the first one, screen and print are not needed.

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="www.aoteatourism.co.nz />
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="screen" href="www.aoteatourism.co.nz />
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="print" href="www.aoteatourism.co.nz />

I am not sure if this does anything in the real world ... I think its just code bloat. Sure it LOOKS important but in reality it doesn't seem to make any difference. I'd delete it :)

<link rel="start" title="Home Page, shortcut key=1" href="www.aoteatourism.co.nz />
<link rel="next" title="Accommodation" href="#" />

The 2 MOST IMPORTANT meta tags are totally missing - keyword and description

For me 2 blinking image on a page is one to many. Especially when they are so close together. I would slow them down, if you must have them at all.

Overseas nudists are described with special terms, - that excape me now, I would investigate what those names are and use them in your text. - In Germany its FKK.

I think you will find that site is a CMS site & Lovelee won’t be able to edit that or removing links to 3 css sheets ;)

Plus I think you will find that Rob will want to protect/copyright his CMS ;)

Considering that the iPhone will display a full web page in portrait or landscape then I would imagine that the person would definitely be seeing or should be seeing the "pretty" header. The iPhone is also targeted the business person who is likely to be looking for accommodation in NZ because they can afford to come here in the first place according to this article in the NZ Herald today

Well built and designed web pages are very important.

Jesus... Do they not teach you how to read at Mac fanboi school?

The banner also is not viewable on an iphone, as iphones don't display flash.
