| 753252 | 2009-03-04 01:55:00 | I have two WinXP computers networked through a Linksys All-in-One ethernet router. No broadband / internet connection. We are running MYOB Retail Manager. The 2ndary computer accesses the data from the MYOB data store on the primary. There have been multiple times when the data hasnt been recorded & we have been forced to re-enter the days activity. MYOB has worked us through many different loops without any satisfaction; were still loosing the data. MYOB now claims that the data is becoming corrupted in the network. Is that possible? Could the network router be faulty? Any suggestions on how to rectify the situation? |

Are you using a server/client version, or just the single-user basic one?? Also, the power management on the primary might be shutting of the NIC due to inactivity, so it's effectively falling off your LAN? |
