If a defect is identified, Microsoft claims it will repair consoles if necessary at no expense to the customers.. MS has actually been quite good at things like that although they should be fixing them for free considering it is a manufacturing fault and not something caused by the user. Incidently it was battery replacement rather than recharging. |
