My little bugger ignores me almost totally, but here's a sample...] Me: Hi Pix, how are you? Cat: Shut your face and stroke me. Me: You're a lovely boy aren't you? Cat: Of course. Me: You've put lots of fur over the bedspread haven't you? Cat: So? Me: You're so soft and cuddly Cat: Natch. Me: Have you learned not to eat the local protected wetas? Cat: Did the dinosaurs die out? Me: Your coat needs a brush. Cat: Brush and bleed... your choice. And so on... :( *sigh* [edit] just had a thought to mention... above talks came from me... nothing to do with Garfield's creator. |

| 567912 | 2007-07-11 06:16:00 | Cats are even better when they aren't yours - you get the benefits of a friendly fuzzball without having to look after them. I've got a feline companion pretty much wherever I GO (except work) - the neighbour's cat spends almost as much time at my flat as theirs, my parents have a friendly old cat, my sister has a couple of cute kittens & most my friends have cats :) My sister's kittens like making people talk to them by sinking in their claws & climbing up your leg. I always wear jeans, so I find it amusing, other people say some not very nice words to the kittens :D |
