567009 2007-07-08 08:49:00 coming back from fishing, just going into wellsford and i see a bright white object with a short bright sparkly trail going east to west. normally its nothing worth mentioning except this looked HUGE.

someone missing a satellite?

edit: time would have been around 7:20pm.

567012 2007-07-08 09:11:00 Probibly a meteorite bouncing off the upper atmosphere. When they get low towards the horizon they tend to give you an optical illusion that they landed on the earth but really didn't.
