| 753432 | 2009-03-05 04:14:00 | The letter said the writer found that explorer.exe was using up 50% CPU, then somehow discovered it was the Taskbar, but didn't say how he found this out, or exactly what the Taskbar was up to. (The Taskbar is not a separate process showing in Taskmanager) The he said he stumbled on a fix for his problem, but did not let us into the secret. All in all a useless letter, except he was telling us that he had had a problem that he fixed. Of course his letter may have been edited by PCW to make it sound useless??????????????? |

| 753434 | 2009-03-05 09:08:00 | Notwithstanding any of the above, it doesn't explain how a letter that didn't say what the problem was with the task bar (if any), and didn't say how the problem (if it was a problem) came to be fixed, won a prize?? The magazine regularly awards prizes to Norton so it wouldn't be to much of a stretch for them to award a prize to such a letter... |
