I appreciate that it is school holidays, but am sure it hasn't been this bad before. Dont forget we have just had some bad weather with a lot rain & wind so there could be some cables damaged |

The day before I could get speeds of upto 500kbps on microsoft, but yesterday and today iv been getting speeds in bytes, max I got was about 15kbps. I think 1) The lines have been damaged(im in hamilton CBD area) or 2) I got capped(afterall iv used 56gigs in 15 days), Dont no wat ur situation is. Ps.
