| 752876 | 2009-03-03 00:56:00 | Can anyone point me in the right direction? I have been asked to do a website for a small specialist business whose inventory is very complex. He wants to have two or three pages that list 'generic' products/product types and a contact form that would include items from those pages that have been ticked by the visitor, who would then submit the form to be received by my client. I can do the contact form, but it seems he wants an ecommerce function, without the payment end. He doesn't want to get into full-on ecommerce, because he doesn't want to spend the kind of money that would be required to get a fully operational and back-office integrated ecommerce solution. There must be some java code that will do this - but I'm uncertain how to even phrase the Google search... Thanks in advance. |

Try searching for "online order form" or "Create an online order form" Both of those brought up several that may or may not work. |

You can rename it and use it for each page if you wish. Or a light weight cart that you could turn off the payment is quickcart free version, no database required. opensolution.org |
