| 754158 | 2009-03-06 22:49:00 | Windows Movie Maker can do it. Load whatever / click on edit movie. Make titles or credits, type in whatever, click on change the title animation. Click on scroll, prespective Altho, depending on what format the file is in, MM may or may not load it |
