| 753744 | 2009-03-05 20:23:00 | When XP crashed I restored the Drive C disk image and it went ok for a few hours and then froze. Restored the image again and the same sort of thing. Had done the anti virus and spyware checks and it was clean. Any suggestions? | Krad (7878) | ||

| 753746 | 2009-03-05 20:32:00 | Have you tried doing a repair install? Also, try looking in the event log and see if that tells you anything. Also-could be a buggy driver, check device manager and see if there are any exclaimation marks/question marks |

| 753747 | 2009-03-10 20:05:00 | Thanks guys! I checked the Log and found that the screensaver My Pictures had crashed it. I opted for no screensaver and cleared unused programs. Since then there has been no trouble. Made another drive image just in case. System information – Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 2 / Computer AND Athlon 64 Processor 4000+ 2.41 Ghz 1 GB of RAM |
