| 569379 | 2007-07-16 01:49:00 | Recently slingshot upgraded their broadband plans. Some plans were worse than their previous plans, while some were better. In my case the replacement plan was better, as they upgraded from 2mb/s to full speed downloads at the same price. However slingshot doesn't automatically switch you to these new plans, or infom you that you would be better to switch to the new plan name. You have to contact them, and even then, you have to wait until your next billing cycle for them to switch you. I would recommend all slingshot users to check with slingshot as to what plan they are on, and compare their current plan with the new plans to see if you are better off on the new plans. Unfortionately they don't display the old plans, so you have to contact them to find out what the specs of you plan were. | robbyp (2751) | ||
