I've never taken anything back to them so it will be interesting. I think they like me though, so it should be fine. :p Edit: Not all of the "huge pile of stuff" is broken, there are various other reasons for returning them.Still in the Academy at the moment so can't really test it now, yesterday I tried spinning the fan again and it looks like it is working again for some reason. Oh well, I don't have to worry to much about my PSU fan because I can see it from the side window if it is not working. I've got a problem with my headphone and returned it and not even a single news from now although the product reach that retailer on last Friday. |

With pretty much any dirt cheap store I've used, RMAs take forever . I tend to buy what I need and wait for the return to come back without the time pressure . I find ringing them works better than e-mail . You may have to try a few times to get through . |
