| 753910 | 2009-03-06 08:41:00 | Whats the keyboard ?? and are the correct drivers installed for it ? Go into the control panel, Keyboard, and reset the settings all back to default. While in the control panel, go to regional and languages, select the keyboard tab / Change keyboards, make sure its set to English NZ. its an hp keyboard.... to add to this portion of the discussion. |

| 753912 | 2009-03-06 08:53:00 | its an hp keyboard.... to add to this portion of the discussion. :) Well that narrows it down to a few hundred - what model of HP keyboard, if you look on the under side of it there will be a model number. Try restarting the PC in safe mode, keep tapping F8 - select Safe mode Via the arrow keys, see if the keys work correctly. Also was there any software, programs or updates installed , then this started. |

The 32bit version (h10025.www1.hp.com) or the 64 bit version (h10025.www1.hp.com) - just make sure its the right model - obtained from HP's site (search.hp.com) - download the correct version and try installing, see what happens, if this doesn't fix it, you may need to try another board to see if that does the same thing. |

| 753917 | 2009-03-06 10:36:00 | only have one keyboard, though i have noticed it does stop after a while. like i was almost able to type this with out using paste. Sounds like intermittent hardware problem to me Try a different keyboard, try your keyboard on a different computer. |
