(www.imagef1.net.nz) I did this once and thought it meant "Clear IE Cache and replace with AOL Adapter:confused: 2)Some people says Windows Search 4.0 slows down your system by miles. Is that true? I only see that it's using 17MB of RAM. I use it for Outlook only and nothing else. Is there a Windows Search plugin for just Outlook, not for the whole Windows? (Yes, it is 2 questions) 3) I don't know why, but sometimes Avast! WebShield (ashWebSv.exe) can go up to 64000KB RAM Memory Usuage. It is slowing the system by miles. Why does this happen? 4) What on earth is unsecapp.exe??? (I thought it was RuneScape (http://www.runescape.com)! | 755480 | 2009-03-11 06:46:00 | 1) The cache contains a temporary "history" of you webpages, cookies, images, downloads etc, it makes websites that you have previously visited load faster. It does take up disk space though. Not sure why AOL thinks it'll "Speed up" your browsing. AOL Adapter-Used by aol software to browse internet. 2) The indexing does make the computer slow. The process you see is the usage of just the application, not the actual indexer, which is like SearchIndexer.exe or something Outlook search app: http://www.xobni.com/ 3) No idea. Tried updating avast! Might be a bug. 4) www.processlibrary.com ^All you need to know about unsecapp.exe is that its required Blam |
