| 756302 | 2009-03-14 10:01:00 | Hi everyone, Just had my Messenger updated to version 2009 and in the process, it lost all of my contacts. I tried MS' help steps which involved deleting my cached contact folders but that din't work either. Has anyone else had this problem or know of any solutions? Cheers! |

| 756304 | 2009-03-14 10:39:00 | That doesn't work because as soon as I try and run WLM 8.1 (after taking out the new version), it just shuts down. So I basically sign in for 3 seconds and then it signs out automatically. I've fixed it by following all the steps here: www.msgweb.nl |
