I should hope so. Intel has promised 80-core CPU's within the next 5 years.

573402 2007-07-31 14:57:00 Yup, Intel has promised to go to 80 and over a 100 in the coming years. I remember reading a article on Cnet. The problem of course is that there will be no program that will be able to take full benefit of all that raw processing power. Perhaps if they portioned some of the cores to the GFX card, that would be good:D beeswax34 (63)
