573896	2007-07-29 23:53:00	I believe the drink drive laws need to be fully overhauled. I fail to see how come pubs must have gi normous car parks. Im of the older generation and yes Ive driven drunk in the past, however, I think problem is that drink drivers fear being caught, rather than fearing causing some innocent harm. Driving while under the influence should be zero, up to 25. And after than very minimal. This guy in question should not have been able to have had 7 priors, after his second he should have been incarcerated. Having said that, I wouldnt like to see the prisons filled with drink drivers, so we have to build (new service industry here :) ) new facilities for drunks, they can remain in employment, even go out to visit family, but must be incarcerated for a certain number of hours a week. Through drinking time preferably! Their car. This should be impounded, though not in a government, taxpayers situation, the car should be booted in their own driveway. So they see it when they go home, they see the fact that their family cant even use it and the neighbours see it there also :) There :) SOLVED!! hehehe	Lovelee (6586)
