2009-03-30 21:19:00 | Format a flash drive as Fat32. Then copy the rom file to it. Plug it in, then boot the PC. It should start EzFlash automatically. If it doesn't, go Alt+F2 when booting

2009-03-31 07:16:00 | Did you try Alt+F2? | Blam (54) | |
2009-03-31 07:19:00 | You have to reboot / press ALT-F2 (make sure its renamed to the right name) If you didnt copy bootdisk files to it (you wont be able to boot from it). Altho, not all flash drives are bootable either. A manual (would have told u what goes where etc), must have come with it (if you brought it).

2009-04-01 07:56:00 | 1. Press PC power button 2. HOLD Alt-F2 3. Wait for EzFlash to come up. Did you rename the rom file? Or keep it as it is?

2009-04-01 07:56:00 | Unzip the file (with the BIOS update in it) . Then copy it (to the flash drive), then rename it to P5GCMX . ROM Then reboot press / hold ALT-F2 down, and wait for it to tell you its flashing the BIOS . DON'T do anything till it finishes If you dont press ALT-F2, (and the flash drive doesnt have boot files on it), it WONT boot . Once it finishes, and it tells you to reboot, reboot, then go into the BIOS and set it to the defaults settings, then reconfigure the settings, then save the settings Altho it (ALT-F2) may NOT work with flash drives, only floppies . If this is the case, you'll have to go to bootdisk (www . bootdisk . com) get a boot file, unzip it then copy whats in the folder to the flash drive (thats if the flash drive IS / can be bootable (NOT all flash drives are)
