757509 2009-03-27 02:41:00 Manual says:

If you intent to use a PSU with 20-pin and 4-pin power plugs, make
sure that the 20-pin power plug can provide at least 15A on +12V
and that the PSU has a minimum power rating of 350 W. The
system may become unstable or may not boot up if the power is
inadequate.

Even so, this may be your problem. I would try to borrow a 24-Pin PSU from someone first instead of spending money on a new PSU straight away. Even your local PC shop may let you take your PC there and try it out with a different PSU for free.

757516 2009-03-27 21:39:00 What's the exact error message youre seeing on the post screen / boot screen (to do with the Intel coding error)?

According to some sites, if it says something like Intel CPU U Code Loading Error, update the BIOS.

This error means that (the BIOS is older than the CPU thats installed), and it cant read the id of your CPU (it cant identify it properly)

757517 2009-03-27 23:44:00 You Exactly got it, yeh that's the error massage.
and someone told me that my pc's shutdown problem is hppening bcz, my bios doesn't support my CPU.

so, that means , giving this error and not shuting down my windows properly are not a problem right?

757518 2009-03-27 23:49:00 And hey, i got another problem, i've backed up all my important data from my
1 TB HDD to my other HDDs. but when i was doing thaose thing, i had to shut down and restart u know, bcz i am disconnecting and connecting those hdds.
anyway, than i say when i press shut down the windows says shuting down, than the "Blue Screen" Came up. and and system resterted.
and windows shoed an error saying wondows recovered from serious .....

anyway, but i saw, if log out and than shut down , it shuts down.
