| 758229 | 2009-03-21 02:17:00 | tried activating it, but it came up with an error "product key invalid". i have the home version of office with the product key but that doesn't work so will have to install from scratch. how do uninstall the trial version? OS vista. |

| 758230 | 2009-03-21 03:00:00 | If the original Install of Office is H&S and your code is a H&S then it should go in.( have had the odd retail version not go in on the OEM - but it should auto convert) If the Pro version is installed on the PC/Laptop then it will also need the Pro key. If its the Retail version of H&S you have a 3 user License, if any other version then its single user. To uninstall Office, click on start orb/ control Panel ( if in classic view) programs & features - if in Normal View - Programs / Uninstall a Program, scroll through till you find 2007 Microsoft office System- or could also be microsoft Office - select it, then up top click Uninstall--- follow instructions on screen. |
