| 758188 | 2009-03-20 21:22:00 | I currently have a router shared over wired ethernet cat 5 cables. And am looking to now file share between the 2 of them, do i need to buy a crossover cable to be able to do that? Does it replace my current cable? THanks |

| 758189 | 2009-03-20 21:26:00 | If your PCs are connected to a router or switch, then you don't need to do anything. The only situation where you need a crossover cable is to link two PCs directly, without using a router or switch in between them. |
