| 576408 | 2007-08-04 10:56:00 | So I might be buying 32 computer from Auckland tomorrow. If so, I'd want to drive up there and get them. This leads to a question I simply can't answer. Can they fit in my car? It's a 1997 Honda Accord LXi. I can use all the seats and the boot if necessary, but if they can all fit in just the back seat and boot, that would be much better, as I could bring a friend along. Does anyone know if I can fit them in? They are Dell Inspirons 2400s, plus others of the same size. That's a normal Mid-ATX PC. The combined weight is a bit under 250kg. Have you thought how high your headlights will be shining with all that weight in the back? Guaranteed to get you a ticket if you are driving at night.Believe me! ! |

I would say, 12-15 computers in boot, all right, if you pack them in nicely... The rest? Hmm, backseat (on the floor, leaning against front seats), about 4 stacked up....... Leaning on the backseat, 8? 3 standing on each side and 1 lying flat on top.... So I guess, 27.... It'll be a nice fit then, and wouldn't stack above the rear seats... But as for the other 5, well, you'll have to find space for them then... :D But na, Power nor height won't be an issue, I think... |
