575652 2007-08-03 09:19:00 Sticks (plural?). How many have you got? I may be interested in 2 or 3

I have plenty, and have sent you a PM :)

575653 2007-08-03 09:45:00 I have at least 2X256 sticks. If your in Hamilton, Id swap them for a dozen of Steinlager. rob_on_guitar (4196)
575654 2007-08-03 14:52:00 You disgust me. Steinlager Pure, yes, but not plain ol' Steinlager. roddy_boy (4115)
575655 2007-08-03 15:44:00 Im not fussy, either one. They both do the same job hahaha rob_on_guitar (4196)

575657 2007-08-03 16:34:00 well its 352am, I wish i was back from a gig! Im stuck at work on the graveyard shifts until Tuesday, then i get to revert to normal hours. rob_on_guitar (4196)
575658 2007-08-03 16:47:00 Reminds me..do you know the reason it's called the "graveyard shift"? SurferJoe46 (51)
575659 2007-08-03 17:03:00 I heard a couple of theories, like in some parts of the world the dead get buried after dark so the people who just lost their loved ones final image wouldnt be them being lowered into the ground. And the other one I heard was apparently your skin gets 'clammy' like the dead or something. i cant remember... rob_on_guitar (4196)
575660 2007-08-03 21:01:00 I have been given HDs, RAM, CPUs and now, more often, whole boxes (up to 850MHz systems). All for free. I just go along to IT shops and ask nicely. You'd be surprised how much they are giving away.Yeah, have tried this avenue... sometimes more expensive than TradeMe (I don't know why but Taranaki IT companies seem to have tight-assed bosses)

I have at least 2X256 sticks. If your in Hamilton, Id swap them for a dozen of Steinlager.Nowhere near Hamilton unfortunately.

Anyway, thanks all for your input. Have found suitable parts, and comittment has been made (just waiting on mail :D).

Maybe people are at their lowest ebb at about 4:00 AM. This is the time the largest number of people depart this world barring accident.
I heard this somewhere.
