575483 2007-08-03 02:02:00 robbyp I realise that, was just joking:-)

Not sure about Plumbers I have not had a problem getting them lately but Gasfitters are real hard to get. We recently needed one for a small job and I phoned up severl Yellowpages Gas fitters and all saying they no longer do gas fitting due to some new upskilling law. I guess it leave the door open for the ones that still do it to up their prices.

Really.

I'd be happy to make $48K a year.

And so would husband who is a.....guess what..........plumber.

The plumber I know does both, so maybe that is why he earns good money. He was a bit of a drop out at school, but now earns more money than me.

575486 2007-08-03 04:48:00 Yes, it was one that did both that I finally got to do the job for me. Mainstream Plumbers / Gas Fitters in yellowpages seemed to have dropped Gas Fitting for now. Mr Plumber, Apollo, Bennett all advertise as both have dropped the gas fitting. Bantu (52)
