Not the Eastern Line train which turns west, after the next stop - Puhinui, then stops near the Manukau Mall under the new Manukau Tech. PDF Airport bus and train map here. (at.govt.nz). Scroll to the last page. Don't worry about where to get off at upcoming train stations - there should be a voice over mentioning each one just beforehand. Some stations require to tag of a bit beyond the train once it stops - at the barrier exit gates. Tip: I learnt to get on the first carriage, as it saves a bit of a walk, and avoid possible queue(s), to the barrier gates. Conductors/Guards should be present to help show the way. Have you tried the AT Journey Planne (goo.gl)r yet? - Seems you get off train at Papakura, then catch another to Pukekohe. Also - you can also load a "Day" pass (at.govt.nz)to HOP card - useful and cheaper - if you are planning to journey on multiple buses, trains, and Auckland Inner Harbour Ferries. |
