2017-06-01 23:17:00 | After the above update sons HP laptop won't show the log screen coming out of standby. I think it was upgraded from 8.1 rather than a clean install. Any suggestions?

2017-06-02 00:55:00 | Go for a clean install. I have put the creators update on three different machines without problems. In fact I am quite pleased with it. It has been stable and appears quicker than before.

2017-06-02 03:34:00 | Go into the Power Options in Control Panel and uncheck the Fast Startup option then restart. 95% of these weird problems we see with Windows 10 is fixed by turning that option off and restarting. If you've turned it off in the past Microsoft will turn it back on with these big version upgrades.

2017-06-02 09:05:00 | Keep installing all available windows updates. I ever ran into this issue and it later disappeared automatically. | ashcutis (17554) | |
2017-06-02 09:23:00 | Incidentally if hibernation (which can be problematic) is disabled, then Fast Startup option is not available. | Terry Porritt (14) | |
2017-06-02 23:14:00 | This computer started having problems with the logon screen, ( caused own fault) To fix ran the following commands. Open a CMD as admin, typed in dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth Once finished everything worked fine

2017-06-03 12:18:00 | Sorry, W10 does not seem to be a "man in the street, average user friendly" system! I get the impression it's a whole lot of "fixes" that are rushed through, and don't work cause they are incompatible with other: updates, fixes etc. Every time I login to press F1 there seems to be problems, giving the impression of half baked updates for a half baked system. Oh yes, the solution to fix the fixes usually seems to be some arcane key presses in some subsystem that the the average "Jo Blogs" would not have a clue about. Thank God windows 10 is not a car. Maybe I have this all wrong, correct me if I'm wrong!! Sorry this post maybe more appropriate in the chat forum.
