| 758705 | 2009-03-23 07:25:00 | Funny this. Regularly my Firefox icon does not respond with starting the browser. It does not matter if I click the FF icon on my desktop, use the one in the bar left lower part of screen or go via strat-programs. it even won't start if I go with explorer in the directory where FF resides and click the .exe file. Then sometimes it works again very well. What can this be? Should I simply reinstall FF and do I not loose all my favourites etc? Could it have to do with cooliris that installed recently? Who can help? use Vista business. Cheers Johan |

| 758706 | 2009-03-23 07:30:00 | That addon may be stopping firefox from starting properly To test, go run>type in "firefox -safe-mode" without quotes, and press enter It basically runs firefox without any addons and default settings If it launches fine, within there go tools>add-ons and disable cooliris or whatever addon you think is causing the problem. Update your firefox to the newest version, and wait for the addons update that'll fix the problems Blam |
