| 759759 | 2009-03-26 04:39:00 | Hi, Core 2 Quad, 4 gigs ddr2, 8800gtx, 1Trb H.D. Home Premium I am on the Explorer plan with: 15434mb Down and 747kb Up speeds. Why does it take some 15-20 secs. to connect to internet addresses ?? Thanks Jarob |
