| 579173 | 2007-08-10 22:10:00 | Yup . . I guess it didn't get any air time in NZ, I watched for a few days . . . . . but there was a tornado in New York . . Staten Island and other areas . Kinda strange . . . but then again, the weather is strange all over the place right now . We have water reservoirs at about end-of-hot-season levels with four more months in our dry-time to go yet before the rains that are supposed to get here in Nov/Dec . . and DIDN'T last year or the year before, or the year before that . . . . . and the snow pack in the Sierras was so small it was the worst on record . We haven't had a usual year in about 10 years or so . How're youse guys doing? Friends in Bulgaria are getting torrential rains when they should just be getting the occasional shower in this season, and rains of Biblical proportions happening all over the East Coast and inland Eastern states here when this is usually a pretty quiet time, meterologically .
