Or turn up at the interview wearing a pair of denim dungarees... men get very scared of women wearing denim :) I know some who do it, they all said the general reaction was get back to the helpdesk. Did get a job doing the hub/switch/cabling side of things at Akld Uni ages ago. There were 2 of us ladies in the team of 4. I always suspected he hired the other one cause he fancied her and therefore I got paired with her. Who cares, I got the job. Nowdays I am in denim. Still get a few who ring/turn up and start talking to husband, but his blank looks soon gives them a hint. |
