2007-08-14 19:45:00 | Just a word: Make sure that the motherboard supports Laura's mouse. I have got a 28.8 Kbps modem card and a RIVA TNT2 nVidia card. (I am not sure whether the two cards are still in working conditions, since I didn't know about proper handling and static protection when I pulled them out) Cheers :)

2007-08-14 23:44:00 | Jamuz has a good point about the mouse - whether it's USB, or needs to be the older PS2 type because there aren't enough USB slots. (My own oldie machine has only 2) I've not had the chance to dig for it yet, but think it's PS2 - or with luck has a converter to provide both options, as I see several do nowadays..

2007-08-14 23:49:00 | I have an old AMD Duron (or Athlon??) 1400 or similar. It's in a case that has no sides (got lost a while ago) From memory it has 256MB RAM but I may have some more. It has a 32MB SIS AGP Video Card. I'll have a look and confirm what it actually is. You could have it for the cost of postage / courier.

More often than not, it is easier to find a USB mouse than a PS/2 to USB adaptor. Cheers :) |

2007-08-15 06:36:00 | Uhh, Im kinda blown away by all the offers lol Currently am considering Metlas offer (if he gets around to clearing his inbox [PJ, I think you better get over there and help him do so :p]), and also offers in PM. Will get back to you within next day or so (no longer than 2 days, I don't like stuffing people around) Thanks again
