580048 2007-08-13 04:41:00 Jack Horkheimer (http://www . jackstargazer . com/), a US talented astronomer has a small show that airs after our broadcast of Red Green and Jeeves & Wooster (kinda sounds lke I am in the UK), . . . but anyway, he has a neat program with downloadable vignettes of the nationally syndicated television show about . . . what else . . . naked eye stargazing .

We have tonight and tomorrow (Northern Hemisphere) the Perseid's Meteor Showers that put on a really big display in the very later night or early morning hour .

Here's a link to his site . . perhaps you'd like to see these meteorites yourselves .

I think they are visible from the Southern Hemisphere too .

I saw some last night returning from my wedding anniversary and I know that tomorrow night (Monday, 13 Aug) will be the height of the show .

580051 2007-08-13 06:55:00 Off course, you'll have to be lucky enough not to have any cloud cover as well....

Me, I'm going to bed early wearing one of those airline eye masks, so I don't wake up blind and easy food for those triffids!!!

Ummmmmmmm. Could you not feed the Triffids water.

This way you will have a placid evening.
