| 581300 | 2007-08-15 09:38:00 | Its aimed at Home users, but I wonder how many small business's will use it. Daily backup of complete PC - up to 10 Remote access to files Via a web browser only need a https:// address user name and password. File Server Little or no knowledge to run from a user ??? 10 user licence And a fraction of the cost compared to server 2003 - OEM software around $280 Approx. From what I read at MS there currently is no plans to sell it retail box, only OEM / system builder channel and prebuilt. Been using it since it first became available, works good. Low Spec PC also. Cel 2.4 + 512 RAM + 2 x 250GB Drives - 5 PC's connected in total. Real powerful eh!:D |
