| 761095 | 2009-03-31 20:23:00 | I recently filled out an RMA form on C1's website. I still have not received a reply after almost a week. Neither have I received replies regarding the two emails I sent them after not getting a reply to my RMA. Instead I got an advertisement for their website which is up for sale. | 761096 | 2009-03-31 20:45:00 | C1 are completley broken. Call them. I've had to call and sort out a few RMAs for friends recently. Requires being rather stubborn with them. :( Don't, under any circumstance, buy anything from them. Does anyone actually know whats happening with C1? |

| 761099 | 2009-03-31 21:23:00 | I originally had an RMA request with my Antec PSU, after many emails I concluded that they do not reply to emails. Ring the, as wratterus said, and make it sound urgent. Don't let them say "It'll be ready next week". They're just delaying it. I rang them, and firmly asked for the PSU to be fixed and sent back. Got it the next day;) After waiting for 2 months it was about time! |

| 761100 | 2009-03-31 22:50:00 | After a couple of weeks waiting on an order I cancelled, a couple of weeks later still no refund of the money they took from my Visa so I went in to see them and got my money back. My advice DON'T deal with C1, in any way shape or form. They don't reply to emails or phone calls and most times they don't answer the phone. |
