Why don't you get a web designer for you? It may cost a few hundy to get it done, but it may be worth all the hassle. Forms can also get spammed, so you also need a script to protect you from that occuring, otherwise you will end up getting heaps of fake email submissions coming through. I've got a form on my websote and it used to get spammed until I put in protection. Also you look like you are using a cheap web hosting provider, so you may need to change to a higher quality one that doesn't have any restrictions. When I used a cheap host I had problems receiving emails, or they got delayed by 24 hours due to high loads, which didn't impress me.

the hosting company are pretty good at replying - usually 1-2hrs but sometimes 3/4 but never usually longer than that..
