Bioshock comes with bloody heavy DRM, INCLUDING THE DEMO:eek: :badpc: (forums.2kgames.com)

Looks like I'll buy the game in a few years then when 2K games get their act together.

The real test of a game is whether the gamer plays it over once they've been through it once.

I did with F.E.A.R, a lot. I still play it occasionally. I have gone through and through S.T.A.L.K.E.R. several times now and I'm still not sick of it. Same with Far Cry. I get the feeling that Bioshock will be one that I can play over without boredom - especially given the comments on review sites. It sounds like a sandpit game to some extent.

Satan actually strikes me as a lot more organised than Nortons. He's a lot easier to uninstall too.

583492 2007-08-24 20:40:00 The retail install can only be installed on ONE computer thanks to SecuROM protection and other stuff. for now Steam was the way to go :D

Steam sucks.

The key lies in uninstalling before you reinstall. Uninstalling registers the same as installing does, so if you do not perform an uninstall first SecuROM thinks you are just installing the game on different systems over and over again.

Exactly and you can actually have it installed on two PCs at once.
