| 761662 | 2009-04-01 20:35:00 | Hi All, i have an issue that i am struggling to resolve. I have just installed a replacement computer for a client of mine after there previos one was nicked and the only issue that i am having is when they try to send emails to email addresses in NZ (i.e xtra, KOL that sort thing) the emails are sitting in the outbox and not moving, i have sent test emails to my hotmail account and that has worked fine. we are not getting any error messages at all the send and receive happens fine, there is no issue with receiving emails. any and all help appreciated. |

| 761667 | 2009-04-01 21:31:00 | Check the settings off Slingshots website in their help section. Then send a mail to the users email, thats the best way to test both send and receive is working properly. |

| 761668 | 2009-04-01 21:43:00 | well like i said previosly i got on the phone with slingshot and got them to walk me through setting it up so that i new that i had not missed anything. after that he was able to receive everything from everyone just fine, and is able to send to my hotmail account, BUT xtra and kol and other NZ addresses are not working. is there anything speceifc that you guys might think that i need. | mattmanaway (14790) | ||
