| 584209 | 2007-08-24 07:46:00 | I like to read books . . . . . . . . . . . a wide range, fiction, non fiction etc . . . . . . . . . and when i read a book, and its a good one . . . . . . . 1 -2 days and its done . . . . but im struggling to find some new reads . . . . . . . . . . . new authors or stories . . . . and was wondering if any body out there had some reccomendations? I read for work as well so i get the educational bashing, ive been on so many professional course's this year im done with real heavy type stuff . . . . im not really sci fi, but i do read horror, and chick books, and true life stories . . . . ive read 3 books in the last 10 days, ive given up . . . . . . . . . . . . and find the want to read is growing . :rolleyes: ideas? and no i dont read girly / womens magazines . . . . . . :p :rolleyes: beetle |

| 584210 | 2007-08-24 08:01:00 | I love reading, just never seem to find the time ... I'm a bit of a Sci-Fi/Fantasy fan, so I guess that won't help with suggestions. But, did you know there are free books available to download and read from the Baen Free Library (www.baen.com). :) |

My favourite from him would be a book called 'The Sleepless'. I think his most famous would be the manitou I think its called, they made a movie of it in the 70s |

But, did you know there are free books available to download and read from the Baen Free Library (www.baen.com). :) I must say that I do like the Baen free library myself :D Especially since there are a lot of authors featured here that you can't pick up and read at your local whitculls. (Unfortunately, Palmerston North doesn't have a Borders :( ) |
