| 585458 | 2007-08-28 11:03:00 | It is not Vodafone, it is First Mobile, Birkenhead. Tarted up to lok like Vodafone though. You want to see what antics that shop gets up to if you try a warranty claim. A despicable bunch of mongrels with the ethics of a terrified rat. And on their bad days - - - |

I did read it and I do realise that First Mobile are franchise - what does that have to do with it? They represent Vodafone dont they - or do they sell mobiles from other companies? I am sure there is another untold side to this story though, the media probably sent her in to stir it up on a quiet news day - I wouldnt put it past them. |

| 585461 | 2007-08-28 21:01:00 | "The woman said the store manager approached them as they were leaving and there was a confrontation. She said she was intimidated so she raised her arm to hit him. The woman's son said his mother, who is emotionally fragile because of her husband's condition, probably made a comment about the store's service, which angered the management." Hit him?? |

Should you ever deal with this firm in any matter that involves more than you handing them money, your doubts as to any ethics they may have will be instantly dispelled. |

| 585463 | 2007-08-29 00:46:00 | That was a great laugh.....felt sorry for the woman until I read that the 76 year-old went to hit the staff. If this is her reaction to poor service, then she deserves it. Poor customer service does not equal violence, or threats of, against service staff. My guess is the stupid cow got what she deserved. |

| 585464 | 2007-08-29 06:52:00 | Two wrongs don't make a right... she went to hit him, he verbally abused her Both parties were wrong... no point making Vodafone a scapegoat in the bullsh*t either... it was First Mobile who was one of the wrongful parties Saying First Mobile represent Vodafone is like saying that Helen Clarke represents the feminist movement (just coz shes a female - allegedly :p) |
