Gee wow what about all those business customers who lost business during the e mail outage that would have mounted up to more than telescums teeny weeny effort of compensation. What a load of rot. |

Legally they don't have to offer any compensation. It is a lot better than what Telstra and Vodafone/ihug offered when they both had email outages and even lost customer emails. |
