585351 2007-08-28 01:54:00 They have done it again the master strokers telecom have decided to suck up to the customer and give them one weeks free internet at a cost of $6 million. Gee wow what about all those business customers who lost business during the e mail outage that would have mounted up to more than telescums teeny weeny effort of compensation.

What a load of rot.

Legally they don't have to offer any compensation. It is a lot better than what Telstra and Vodafone/ihug offered when they both had email outages and even lost customer emails.

"Rogue problems" ??? What the hell is a rogue problem? Is it a problem that wasn't expected?
